Terrible experience. I would not recommend them.

I placed an order on 12 Oct 2015, the auto invoice received through email then confirmed that the latest dispatch date would be the 27th. I called them expressing the urgency, and was assured that its being handled as priority - I trusted the information they gave me.

We reached the despatch date and I was horrified to learn that they still have not dispatched my purchase, this means more delays and I felt as though I was being **** to all this time!

Whats more frustrating is that there is no follow up made from their end, you constantly need to call them which is time consuming and no one has time for all of that unnecessary admin.

The Managers apparently marked my order as urgent, however I still have not received my delivery?!

I went with loot because I was able to save R100. Hello Andreviljoen3000,

We are sorry for this disappointment.

As we have tried to convey in our communications, while we have flagged you order as urgent this cannot influence the dispatch times we refer to on the website and during checkout, and can only influence the time taken once the item reaches our warehouse.

Unfortunately delivery from our suppliers has been unexpectedly delayed. Although, we should be able to dispatch tomorrow - one day behind schedule. However we have upgraded your delivery to ensure that your order is still delivered to you within the provided schedule.

Kind regards,
Beryl Jearey.
