Terrible Experience

<p>I placed an order for Goods on the 15th November 2016 and they were supposed to be dispatched on the 5th December. i did not get my items by the 5th, i then sent an email asking them why my order is taking longer than the promised date. it is only then that they emailed back saying that one book is taking longer than they anticipated from the supplier. they say they will dispatch some of the items, guess what when the items arrive, they are wrong.</p> <p>i call the call center only to be told that i must send an email and wait two business days for a response. to top it all their call center agents are rude, the lady tell me that i would have been finished sending that email instead of talking to her and telling her about my experience and frustrations. there is nothing she can do.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been a loyal customer but this experience has left me very very disappointed.</p>
