TERRIBLE E-COMMERCE SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered and paid for a Bosch stove for R 12,999 on 17 November 2020 from Loot.co.za . Order number DKHW-301-b630. Delivery was advised as 27 November latest. It is now over a month with numerous efforts on my part to expedite this matter and still no stove. Loot customer services says No ETA available. Basically terrible, terrible service in today's modern e-commerce times.
