Terrible customer service...do not return something!

Customer service is terrible! I returned a fitness watch a month ago, and my refund has still not been processed...even though they said allow 3 to 5 business days to process. Really shocking service, and I have already followed up 3 times!!! I will be sticking with Takealot from now on, never had any issues with them when returning something and their service is excellent.
