Terrible customer service - no stock of goods advertised on line - order outstanding 1 month!

<p>Loot advertises items that they d not have stock of and have no idea when they will have stock. I purchased a christmas gift the 24th November from Loot.co.za and had an expexted delivery date of 8 DEC, this date was extended to 13DEC, thereafter they removed expected date and after calling them they advised they do not know when they will have stock. It is the 21st DEC and I am off to the coast until Jan... no chrsimas gift! Poor Poor Poor!! I sent an email again requesting when I will receive my products, no answer, Terrible that they advertise things and have no stock or no idea when they will have stock, no way I wil EVER purchase from them again as I would just not know when it would arrive, maybe with a 3-6 months lead time they could manage. </p>
