Terrible Customer Service

Do not order from these guys. Horrible customer service! I placed an order on 29th of November 2019 and the item had to be delivered last week already. I kept getting the run-around between them and Bosch (supplier) and nobody gets back to me. I had to call 10 times. No feedback. No assistance. Worst Customer Service EVER!
