Terrible customer service and waiting times

We placed an order for our tumble dryer on 19 July 2021, with dispatch expected to be 11 August. We then enquired about this on 20 August and were told that "Someone will look into it and get back to us". We were eventually told that dispatch is expected to be on 13 September. We are still waiting and no updates have been made to our order online. After following up with customer service again, we were once again told that "Someone will look into this and get back to us". There is no communication from their end regarding delays or issues with delivery. We have now requested a refund and I am sure we will be waiting for a very long time.
