Terrible aftersales service

I Bought a canon printer from loot and when I received it it was faulty,I called them and followed the returns procedure, they sent me an email confirming that I should give them 5working days,Its now exactly 5weeks since I sent the printer back,where I call them no one wants to take responsibility of anything,i spoke to Olwethu on numerous occasions and she assured me that a manager will get back to me which has never happened,i have sent emails and no one ever responds to them,the guy that was assisting me Nabeel has also dissapeared. Its unfair,i bought that printer because i need it,i use it,i paid and am still without a printer, i hve asked them to replace that unit which they not saying anything,they not even communicating the status of the unit or giving an eta. Pathetic service and i do not recommend anyone to use their service
