Tempered with goods

If it was possible, I'd give a Zero star rating...

Purchased a skyworth sound bar from loot as a first time buyer and upon delivery after removing their paper wrap i realized that the parcel was tempered with and now their online policy states that you cannot return electronic goods if opened packing whereas it was opened already.
