Tardy and poor service

I placed an order of four books on 25 June and was promised dispatch on 12 July - already a significant wait for books mostly freely available. On the promised dispatch date I was notified that the whole order would be dispatched only on 3 August. My order history shows three titles "On order" still. The fourth title, supposedy responsible for the delayed dispatch, has no order status indicated. After three attempts to get an explanation and improved service from Loot, I have had no luck. I shall not be using Loot again in future.
