Take my money then fail to deliver my full order - 2 months - still waiting...

Useless, useless, useless. I ordered 3 items at the beginning of January. Only received a couple of emails telling me 2 of 3 items on 'back order'. After about a month, I got 1 of the 3 items, and haven't heard from them again. They do not put enough pressure on suppliers to deliver the goods, meanwhile holding on to our money. Never every buy from them. They say products available online at time of order, take your money, then don't deliver.
