Super timely and efficient replacement of goods

I bought 3 puzzles from the company. They were delivered quickly as usual with this company. Once the 3 puzzles were completed, it transpired that one of them was missing a piece. I emailed them and they responded very quickly and organized a replacement which was delivered to my premises. In my experience, this company continues to care about customers long after they have made payment. What more does a customer want?
