Stylemode aka Loot.co.za

I ordered Sneakers on the 27th of March on Stylemode website with expected date of delivery 1st of April 2021. I selected to collect at Clicks since I'm not at home bt Clicks was a better option. Upto now no delivery done. When I try to send an email it's just a generated response that comes back nothing much with no help whatsoever. Stay away from Stylemode/Loot, so disappointed
