Stuck in the Loot return circle with no assistance
I purchased an acer projector from Loot.co.za and have been going in circles since last year. Below is my original note to Loot and attached to the return.
"I purchased this projector for two reasons firstly to play Netflix during load-shedding and secondly that it connects well with apple iOS devices as advertised. My apple devices being iphones and ipads connect with screen share on both cable and wireless. The wireless is not of good quality however cable connection seems ok but neither work with Netflix. I either get an error or blank screen. I have contacted both Acer and Netflix and am getting no resolution. I would like to resolve if possible and seeking assistance after finally getting hold of a call centre agent. In the event that I am unable to use as intended for simple use I will unfortunately need to return."
This projector purchased last year has the same problem as expected. What this means is the supplier did not test as per below and as i am not able to get valuable assistance and therefore is now a very expensive useless item.
Firstly I was told the only way to help me was to return, so went through the process as instructed although I expressed my concern. I then had to pay for the item to be returned back to me with the same problem as was told the testing did not show any problems! Now the reply I get is I must go through the same process again, this makes no sense!
I would like this to be resolved!
