Stay away from Loot.co.za

Stay away from this company people. We bought a Defy tumble dryer and paid for it on the 17th of March. They cancelled the transaction on the 1st of April due to the fact that Defy has no stock. Loot then informed us that our money has been refunded and would reflect within 3 days. Today is the 15th of April, still no money. They initially said the refund bounced back, they credited it to our Loot customer account for future purchases alternatively we can send our bank details for the money to be repaid to us, which we did. We are out just short of R10000 and Loot is earning interest *******ly. We are in the process of reporting Loot to the Ombudsman. We will NEVER buy from Loot again and I will tell everyone I know of my experience with this company.
