Stay away from loot.co.za!

I have been ordering from Loot.co.za for several years and, until recently, I had never experienced any problems with their service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

Their website has been experiencing frequent technical problems, and an order I placed several months ago was delayed. While delays can occasionally happen, the real issue is the complete lack of communication since then. I have sent multiple emails over the past few weeks requesting an update, yet I have received no response whatsoever.

This level of customer service is extremely poor and falls far short of what I would expect from an established online retailer. A delay is understandable; failing to communicate with a paying customer for weeks is not.

Based on my recent experience, I would recommend that anyone looking to shop online consider alternatives such as Takealot.com or Amazon.co.za. Unfortunately, after being a loyal Loot customer for several years, I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
