STAY AWAY FROM LOOT.CO.ZA

I advise anyone wishing to purchase from Loot.co.za against it.

They had a Siemens iQ300 Chimney Hood advertised for R345 which I purchased. The advert said the List price was R13,199. The Loot Price was R345. It clearly specified that YOU SAVE R12,854 (97%). Now they claim that they cannot fulfill my order as it was an error on their side and the advert. The advert was removed from their website completely. They were quick to credit my loot account and give me a R60 voucher which is actually laughable. This is completely unacceptable and misleading to consumers. The advert did look too good to be true and it did say it will be fulfilled by the Bosch supplier so it was legit to me. Granted that their terms and conditions which they cleverly added at the footer of their correspondence claims that they cannot check each advert published individually but that isn't the customers fault. This is completely *********!
