Stay away from Loot.co.za

I ordered a TP Link WPA powerline adapter, model wpa8630 WITH PASSTHROUGH. They sent the model WITHOUT passthrough. Both models are listed in their website, so this was clearly a case of some ***** at the warehouse picking the wrong item. When I brought to their attention, first they wanted pictures of the item I received. Once that was done, they wanted feedback from their supplier on how this is possible. As if any of that is my ****ing problem. The asshole I dealt with Darion Faroo was absolutely unhelpful, and refused to send me the correct item. Last time I use Loot. I will pay the premium and use Takealot, who doesn't ask questions EVEN IF I AM WRONG.
