Stay away from LOOT.CO.ZA

One star is to high to rate this company. Loot.co.za cannot deliver on their promises. They cannot keep you updated with your order or the status. I have placed an order on the 27th of November with an expected delivery period between 7- 9 days. They then postpone the date to the 15th December with no reason or contact to me. After several phone call which takes you anything between 25 - 45 min just fir them to pick up the phone they cannot give you answers. Today the 18th of December 2020 , I can still not get an answer from them. Asked the Supervisor to phone me , but also to usekess to di that. They are quick to take you money, but non-existent when they need to deliver. Stay away from online shopping from LOOT.CO.ZA
