Stay away from Loot

I tried to use Loot as I get discount from Momentum. I ordered 2 items for my son, fully paid. Both times I was informed supplier out of stock. How can you sell goods that are out of stock? I would like Loot to please repay me asap, I am still waiting for the first refund, nearly a week now.
