Speedy delivery and good service

I've order two items from Loot so far and have had a great experience with speedy delivery and service.

My recent purchase I accidentally selected post office delivery instead of a door-to-door courier. I contacted loot and despite the order being out of their hands, they tracked the parcel and updated me on it's whereabouts so that I can get to it in time. It was delivered to a post office near my selected address. Rather than just telling me to track it myself, loot took the initiative to track the order for me and give me an update.

Quite satisfied with my experience from loot so far.
