Special orders non-existent
Please avoid purchasing special orders from loot. This is now my 3rd special order that is not available. This order was placed in 2014 with no positive response as yet. To avoid disappointment and banking your money with loot with no interest as payment is required upfront avoid placing special orders.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with the special order system, particularly as you have been a valued customer for many years.
However we believe that we provide a clear description of special orders before an order is placed.
While we cannot influence the speed in which special orders can be sourced, nor can we guarantee they will be supp****, we do make this information clearly available before the order is placed. If we are not able to source a special order we cancel and refund in 3 months, or earlier at our customers request.
In order to provide our customers with the largest possible selection, our catalogue includes many non-stock books that need to back ordered from the publisher or supplier. Approximately 70% of these books are sourced within 4 - 8 weeks.
We believe our customers should be offered the widest possible selection, and that our customers should be able to choose if they would like to place a special order or not.
We regret that the information about special orders may have been missed, and for any disappointment caused to you.
