South Africa’s worst online shop!

I know that Loot is no one's first choice when it comes to online shopping in SA, but I’ve always sucked it up due to the discount I get as a Momentum Multiply member. The products take ages to arrive, but unless it is urgent, I’m happy to wait to get the savings and as a result, I would say I’ve spent thousands over the years with them.

I’m totally, and completely done now though. 5 weeks ago, I ordered an expensive bit of technology and happily handed over R7000. It still hasn't come and I'm fighting to get what I paid for. I have spent literal hours on the phone and uncounted emails going back and forth.

This company is an absolute disgrace. If you have any intention of buying anything from Loot, please reconsider. There are companies out there that appreciate their customers – Loot is not one of them.
