Sounds of silence

Already despise them due to earlier complaints on the product mentioned here, but I'm stuck with them unfortunately. Terrible service regarding a return. No communication provided from loot regarding the process. My TV has been collected 3 weeks ago, after that, silence. Finally called someone, according to their system the TV was collected only yesterday.....probably ******.... These guys should close down. *****s.
