Some good, Some bad...

I've been using Loot's services from 2010. Most of the time their staff is arrogant and rude. On three different occasions I ordered books and the books were in poor condition - covers folded, pages damaged etc. When I sent Loot a message about this (kindly asking them to handle products with care) they didn't even apologize. They merely said that I can be assured they handle everything with care (yeah, right). They have a wonderful range of products and the last two or three times I ordered something form them, the products were in very good condition. Yet, they really need to work on some of their staff's communication s****s and basic manners.
