Slow, unprofessional and disgusting service!

Slow and Terrible service from Loot - My package was meant to be delivered the 26 Oct, then they moved it to 2 Nov but still no package! Called them and all the consultant could tell me "That it's on the road, I must just wait" So unprofessional and disgusting service. I'll never buy from them again!
