Slow, but good

Ordered a Bosch MUM4 mixer for my wife on 5 June. After a few days with no feedback, I left a message on their Facebook page. They responded on 12 June (Friday) to let me know that there shouldn't have been a delay and by Saturday our package was ready to be shipped. It was shipped on 15 June and received on 18 June.

Although they can be a bit slow to respond at the moment (I imagine due to a huge amount of calls and supplier issues around COVID-19) they are able to deliver.
