<p>I phoned the Loot customer service last week regarding Pre Orders for upcoming game Mass Effect Andromeda nad they said I must email the staff at Info@loot and I did this, and recieved absolutely no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>Loot is my go-to store for games, and I would really appreciate that this matter is resolved.</p> <p>About 3 other online stores have this game listed already. Why am I not buying from them instead you might ask, but just check my profile and you will see why.</p>
