Should have been dispatched by 22 Dec

Order placed on 10 Dec. LATEST dispatch date is 22 Dec. Guess what? That came and went with no dispatch. Today is the 23rd of Dec and still the stock is on order. This item is a Christmas gift and I need it delivered by tomorrow 24 Dec BEFORE 2 PM. I am on leave from next week and will be leaving early tomorrow at 2 PM so it needs to be delivered BEFORE 2 PM. This was my 3rd purchase from Loot but definitely my last, Takealot delivers the next day from order without charging delivery fee. I had to pay delivery as well for it to be dispatched by 22 Dec.
