Shocking service! Could not deliver as promised!

I ordered 3 x books from Loot on the 12 January 2020 for a young lady that we sponsor who is writing her CA Board exam on the 29 January and needs these books to study. The email sent to me by Loot, stated...Order status: In process. Order placed on: 12 Jan 2020 9:34:30 PM To be delivered by: Courier. Latest expected shipping date: 13 Jan 2020 On the 15th January I called to follow up as to why my books had not been delivered, the lady I spoke to apologised and said the order had been despatched and would be delivered on the 17th January. Today the 17th January at 2h30pm and still no books. I called again to follow up on my order. The man I spoke to was very unhelpful! He informed me that Fedex has not collected the books yet, and he has no idea when they will! I asked once they collect the books. how long must I wait. He said 2 - 3 working days! This is unacceptable service! When I ordered the books I was told they would be delivered on the 13 January. It is now the 16th January 2h30 and no books and Fedex has not even collected them yet!

I am horrified at the poor service from Loot!!! Never had this from Takealot. I urgently need these books so the poor young lady can study, and now have no idea when I will receive them.....
