SHOCKING SERVICE AND NON DELIVERY!

Shocking, SHOCKING lack of service from your company. Ordered and paid for a laptop and Astrum HDD Enclosure on 15 February, promised delivery on 1 March. On 1 March we receive an email to say that the laptop will be despatched but the Astrum HDD Enclosure will be despatched on the 7 March due to no stock. Well, the Astrum arrived on 6 March (no ID asked for, he just handed it over!)..... no computer to date and after many enquiries to Tamsyn, we were told the laptop would be despatched on 6 March. To date have heard nothing so queried it AGAIN and after she initially couldn't find any info on the order, we're now told it will be despatched on the 13 March but can only expect delivery around the 18th March!!!!! AND on their website you brag about delivery within 24 hours for computers? I have lost a month of NOT being able to work due to NO COMPUTER which means NO INCOME!! Your delivery and service sucks and I really hope you hold true this time and we actually get the computer! And I feel we should be compensated for this total lack of service! NEVER AGAIN will I deal with such an *********** company!!
