Shocking service!!!

<p>I ordered a pink battery operated car for my daughter. It told me it would be dispatched within 7 to 10 day. I phoned to follow up and was told that it would be arriving the following day which was great news since my daughters birthday is in a few days time and it was a gift to her. The day I was supposed to receive my order I get an email to say its out of stock but they will credit my account and offer a R9 discount on another car which was not the same at all and it may or may not be dispatched in 7 to 10 days. Surely you should know if you are out of stock before the dispathment date!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have requested a refund which I want immediately as obviously I will NEVER be ordering from loot again.</p> <p> </p> <p>TERRIBLE SERVICE!</p>
