Shocking service

<p>On 30 December I requested that an order I had placed be cancelled. I received no feedback and then received a standard dispatch email. I then responded and stated that I requested that the order be cancelled. Still no response. The order was delivered and 30 minutes later I received an email to say that I should not accept delivery in order for them to refund me. I said that it had already been delivered. Two days later I received notice that the courier company would collect my order. This never happened. After numerous emails and calls, all with no response or promises to come back to me which didn't happen, my order was collected on the 18 January. I was told my refund would be processed by Monday 23 January AT THE LATEST. This has not happened. No one responds to my emails either! This is disgusting! It is now a full month since requesting cancellation of the order and Loot is still sitting with my money!</p>
