Shocking lack of service from Loot.co.za

I bought a drone for my son for Christmas. After a few flights, 2 of the rotors stopped working. I looked a return and request for refund on 29/12/20. Despite weekly follow ups, to date (3/2/21) I have gotten nowhere and still do not have my money back (or another option to resolve this issue). I have repeatedly asked their customer (non)service people for a manger to call me but this has fallen on deaf ears. Will NEVER buy from Loot again - their service and customer focus is non-existent.
