Service sub-standard, delays upon delays

Item is faulty. Return logged ***3. Item only collected 14 DAYS later! Today is 11/20. About a month and still no repairs done (Black&Decker hedge trimmer). Loot will not refund Item. Need to buy another one, urgently. Asked CS manager to call me. Did not happen. When I bought this item it took just under a MONTH to get.
