Sent half the order now I can't get hold of them!

ordered Electronic Vacuum Bag Sealer (SBS-540B), 2 rolls, 10 meters each and 28cm wide. when received the bags that usually come in sets of 2 had been opened and i received 3 rolls not 6 which the description even states 2 rolls, 10 meters each and 28cm wide. no they not answering their phones or the email I sent
