Selling different products to the description

I placed an order for a Smok Nord Prism Rainbow device on the 13th August. Super excited, I went to go fetch it today (16 August). When I got home and opened it I found a Smok Novo. I didn't want a Novo. My order says Smok Nord, the packing slip says Smok Nord. The picture on the Loot.co.za website shows a Smok Nord. WHY DO I HAVE A NOVO?
