I placed an order with Loot on the of the 20th of June 2020. They quickly advised me that one of the items were out of stock and was canceled from my order and credited my Loot account with the amount. They still gave me the option of transferring the money back into my bank account which I wanted. Sent them my banking details on the 23rd of June 2020. This was for R749. To date I have not received a cent bac****!!!!!! So on the 1st of July 2020 I sent a mail asking where the rest of my order was and why I still haven't received my money. Sent many emails etc eventually canceled my order. To date I have not received a cent back into my bank account. I will never buy anything from Loot ever again. Placed an order through bid or buy and my perfume came in NO TIME. Feels like a **** to lure you in. I need my money Loot. I did not want to complain on this platform but it's been way too long. My order number is JVXV-279-B120 and I am waiting to receive into my bank account my total amount of R1255.
