Rude, Impersonal and Dishonest - DON'T USE THEM - they do not honor warranties

Returned a 3 month old Vacuum cleaner with 5 Year Warranty - Took them 2 months and 12 emails (+ phone calls etc.) to tell me they wont replace it because we didn't clean the filters - this is after previous emails stating it IS being repaired and the supplier (Bosch) was waiting for a part.

At no point has anyone called me personally to address any of my concerns nor any attempt to make this right!

We now don't have a vacuum and has wasted R4000 and precious time!

I will NEVER use LOOT again and I strongly suggest you do not either!
