<p>These people are dishonest ******* artists. I returned a router that did not work with fibre. I hardly touched the device and returned it in it's packaging immediately in mint, pristine condition. They refuse to refund me stating the unit is damaged with "scratches all over it". The only way this could've happened is if they deliberately scratched it themselves in order to avoid a refund. That router was returned to them in perfect condition. ***** and *****s. I will never buy from Loot again - I suggest anyone considering them take note that they will never accept returns. </p>
