Shockingly poor returns process (for a faulty product) at Loot.co.za No follow-up + poor communication from Loot, 'wait and see' is their advice to me! Nabeel is my current 'service consultant', but his don't care attitude really is strange seeing as most companies are looking to satisfy their customers in this economic climate.
