Returns not processed in accordance with their own policy

Practises bordering on *****. I returned an item several months ago. Refused to refund me. After long battle, agreed to credit my account. Now the credit is not being app**** to new purchases. Based on this, their own return policy is not followed. Be warned. If you order the wrong product you could lose your money.
