Returns a nightmare

Their return process is flawed. Ordered two items, one of the delivered items was incorrect and not what was ordered. Still struggling to get what I ordered and payed for. Incorrect item was collected two working days ago but my replacement is still on HOLd! Will definitely not use LOOT again.
