<p>I booked a return for- KGJL-113-B210 - "NETTD8817 "TP-LINK ADSL2+ Wired Ethernet USB Modem Router" last week I was told the tiem will be collected the next day no one did come I called in but your call center can't tell me when they coming to pick up my return this is unacceptable and I asked for a refund and yet this is taking so long for u guys to come and get the item </p>
