Refund my account: NBLW-302-BA40

I have sent a redund request 3 weeks back noticed I put incorrect account number fine I fixed it last week Friday. I was told that refund takes 1-3 woking days today is day 5 since I sent a correct account number. I keep on calling their customer service and they make me hold for more than 15 minutes. I took this matter on social media Twitter still its not resolved. I want my ****ing money your service is the worst I should've sticked with takealot coz I order everything from them. I made a order on the 23rd Nov 2020 no one had a decency to inform me that my order has been cancelled I had to call on to find out. You don't care about your customers. I noticed that on the Twitter replies really you don't care and that is people's monies you don't give a **** about. NBLW-302-BA40. You notice that a customer is angry but you don't even call your customers. Refund my ****en account an email has been sent last week Friday already
