Refund given without any follow-up necessary

I ordered something online from [URL Removed] but later decided to cancel the order due to unforseen circumstances. I spoke to Brady from the call centre who cancelled my order and refunded the credit back into my Loot account. All that was required was to send my banking details to him in order to refund the order in cash instead. <br> <br> I was expecting it to be a mission to get my money back due to past experiences with other online stores. But 3 working days later I see the refund back in my bank account. No follow-ups, reminders, complains, escalations necessary.<br> <br> I appreciate the great service from Brady and anyone else involved in processing my refund.
