Putrid Service!!

AVOID Loot as far as possible. An order was placed on 2 December with latest expected delivery 18 December. However it is now 30 December and still awaiting delivery and this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. Contacting the call center the agent just responds with "we will follow up get back to you", needless to say they never get back with a response. This is the worst service possible!
