Purchases not honoured. Complete lack of communication-other than to email specials everyday. Twice a day.
I ordered a vacuum cleaner that was listed as 'in stock' and with regards to shipping the listing said 'we should be able to dispatch in 24 hours' from loot.co.za I placed my order at 7 am on the 2nd of June, its now the evening of the 9th of June. It still hasn't been dispatched yet. I have sent numerous emails to followup on this, and other than 2 auto-reply emails responding with a generated reference number, I have received no feedback on the status of my order. The call centre number is also seemingly closed for telephonic queries, with a recorded message advising customers to contact them via social media or email. To make the situation worse, I continue to receive 2-3 emails a day everyday advertising the new specials Loot.co.za is running. If loot is unable to cope with existing outstanding orders then why not stop the aggressive advertising campaigns and avoid overburdening your business? And why not post a warning on the websites homepage advising customers about the problems they will experience almost certainly with their orders- rather than flashing adverti*****ts aimed at bringing more sales? Please look into my purchase, I would appreciate it if it could be dispatched within the next 24 hours ( thus bringing the total anticipated 24 hours to a sum 216hrs).
