After many years of online shopping, I can confidently state that this has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had! I won't make the mistake again of purchasing from Loot. The experience was as terrible and stressful as dealing with a municipality or government department! I struggled for 2 months to get a refund on faulty electronic equipment. First I was repeatedly told that they were dealing with "an influx of returns". Then the repeated response became that the equipment had to be sent to the supplier for "testing". As the weeks went by, the standard response became that they were still awaiting feedback from the supplier and could not say when such feedback would be received.

In my opinion, the company should be closed down or sold off - as they are incapable of providing a competent, reliable and trustworthy online shopping experience. I'll stick to retailers, such as Takealot, who understand the meaning of a high quality and reliable customer experience.
