Promises not Kept

Reading the reviews today I immediately understood that this was not a company that I would deal with again. Terrible after sales service. The only communication is through 3mail from them and that is not even to resolve your issue but more automated. After 3 calls and 3 different people I spoke to, emails and then finally a promise from one of their staff that he would personally deal with this, I am still left without the replacement part. I buy online all the time and this was by far my worse experience.
